We offer personal therapy and coaching to support you — and, where appropriate, the people you are working with — through the emotional and relational challenges that can arise in filmmaking and in life more broadly.

You might be navigating a major life event, relationship difficulties, demanding subject matter, external pressures affecting your work, or experiences that feel painful, overwhelming, or hard to name. You don’t need to have a clear story or a single issue — whatever you’re carrying is welcome here.

Our work centres on you. Your process, your emotions, your personal and professional experiences — past and present. Sessions are client‑led and non‑judgemental, offering space to speak openly about what’s happening for you, whether it’s directly connected to your work or not.

All of our practitioners have experience working within the film industry. This shared understanding of the realities, pressures, and rhythms of film work can bring an added depth to the therapeutic relationship — allowing you to speak freely without needing to explain the context you’re working in.

Some practitioners may also offer mind–body or somatic approaches, if this feels useful to you. These can support greater self‑awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of grounding — tools you may choose to draw on beyond the therapy room.
