On 3 December 2025, Rebecca, Yodit and Helena fielded thoughtful questions around production struggles and concerns involved in Unscripted. We discussed trauma and mitigating psychological harm. We explained our work and the industry-wide need for cultural change to reduce burnout and overwhelm; improve working practices, relationships and communications, consider greater contributor-care and collaboration, and more sustainable ways of making films.
We then really enjoyed meeting different filmmakers 1:1 for project-specific questions.
